[Todd Janiak] Thank you so when discussing the security of devices it's important to note that we have come a long way from when securing a device simply means protecting your laptop or your phone or your computer a lot more things are now within the range of a Wi-Fi network and manufacturers are taking advantage of this ubiquitous always on internet connection that doesn't require wires to get all kinds of devices connected in your home and Business onto the internet so that they can stream information updates to you for example computers computers phones you know we expect those but other appliances like washing machines ovens the locks to your house or your garage cameras baby monitors all of those things are now and more are connected to the internet
